Matt has over 35 years working in and with non-profits. Most of these have been small organizations where either he was a staff member covering a lot of areas or a consultant helping to move things along.
He has been awarded numerous grants in Canada (and the U.S.); worked in curriculum development/training for local, provincial and national labour unions and non-profits; helped to design and facilitate community based research with non-profit and academic partners; acted as a publicist for a non-profit arts organization, an indie book publisher, and two environmental non-profits; managed national non-profits and held senior positions in non-profits and more.
